DEFOG Results
Chelsea created the DEFOG process to teach other project managers how to more effectively assist their teams. DEFOG was created as a way to change the perspective on how to project manage. DEFOG is a more holistic approach to a process: focusing not only on the project itself, but the people involved (teams and leadership). DEFOG is a way to set the record straight: talk about what you want, need, and feel to balance the needs of the project and business with those of the people working to support the project and business.
The number one problem she sees in the businesses she works with is unclear roles and responsibilities. Clarified expectations between parties and how to communicate. DEFOG clearly defines success.
